Charlie and Lorna Leduc
Born and raised in Rhode Island, Lorna and Charlie Leduc have made Sarasota their home for the past ten years. Lorna, a graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, RI and Charlie, a graduate of Central Connecticut State in New Britain, CT, married in 1989. Shortly thereafter, they spent five years in St. Maarten and the U.S. Virgin Islands where they owned and managed a restaurant.
In September of 1995, Lorna and Charlie decided it was time to return to the US. They toured the state of Florida, since they both love warm weather and sunshine, and found this piece of paradise called Sarasota.
Lorna and Charlie decided they wanted a new and exciting career to go along with their new venture. She became a real estate assistant for a busy agency and soon thereafter attended real estate school to get her license. Charlie followed right along.
Together they formed “The Leduc Team” at RoseBay Real Estate in this beautiful city. Along with their assistant, Patrice Piazza, and their internet coordinator, Janice Frankel, they have a sincere team motto: “ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY INCREDIBLE SERVICE TO THEIR CLIENTS. Nothing is more important than complete satisfaction throughout the entire home buying/selling experience”.
